Barmas delivered this private home in Tantra Hills as a full, turnkey project. The process started at architectural design, moved through the structural build, foundation, blockwork, and roofing, and continued through to interior finishing and handover. The client worked with one team throughout: Barmas managed every stage in-house rather than handing the project between separate architects and contractors.
The finished home reflects the same standard Barmas holds across its residential work: a build shaped from the ground up by the same hands that designed it.
Offering 1.2 million square feet of office space, over 12,000 square feet of retail space and 339 parking stalls, 160 Front Street West is slated for completion in late 2023.
