Prices below are per plot. Buyers work directly with the Barmas team from site visit through to documentation, the same team behind the company’s residential developments.
Land is currently available in three locations: Dodowa, opposite Christian High School; Kweiman, in the Ayimensah area; and Dawa. Plots are sold outright, with pricing as follows:
