Barmas is a real estate development, construction, and advisory company with over 30 years of active experience in Ghana’s property and construction industry.
We develop properties. We build communities. We manage projects. We advise clients. And we do it with the confidence and discipline that only decades of hands-on experience can provide.

Barmas was founded on the belief that property is deeply connected to growth, opportunity, stability, and long-term value. Whether it is a private residence, a commercial facility, a mixed-use development, or a large-scale project, every development carries significance for the people and businesses connected to it.
For more than three decades, Barmas has delivered projects across multiple sectors, with extensive experience in residential development, commercial construction, land acquisition, project management, and real estate advisory. A significant portion of our portfolio has been centered around residential projects, giving us deep expertise in the planning, construction, and delivery of spaces designed for real living and long-term value.
But our role extends far beyond construction alone.
We help clients identify and acquire land, navigate property decisions, manage development processes, coordinate consultants and contractors, and oversee projects from concept to completion. Our ability to provide end-to-end support gives clients clarity and confidence throughout the entire property journey.
